Bi weekly room and board charge of $125 includes three meals a day Set your own exact hours, generally 2:00 am – 11:00 am, or until tasks complete.Must be able to obtain a valid Utah food handler permit.Strong/effective interpersonal communication skills.Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.Decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills.Successfully direct and oversee subordinate staff.Manage inventory levels for both raw and production materials.Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of kitchen areas.Ensure the proper HACCP handling and labeling of food.Skilled in various forms of baking production & equipment operation.Plan & prepare consistent, great tasting, visually appealing made-from-scratch breads, pastries, and desserts served daily at breakfast, lunch, après ski, and dinner according to approved/successful recipes.General role: Organize and execute baking needs for a restaurant.
